Authenticity check for Genoplan Genetic Testing Kit

There are two types of Genoplan DNA testing kits. Here are two ways to check the authenticity of the kit you have.



 

1. Check with Box Number
   If you haven’t opened the kit box yet and want to check the authenticity of the kit, go to Help Center and let us know the 12-digit number written on the side or back of the box.
   
   
   
    
2. Check with Serial Key
   Register the kit on Genoplan website (genoplan.com/start) or mobile app by entering the 12-letter serial key printed on the saliva collection tube and the authenticity will be verified.
