A specific ethnicity is assigned to those whose similarity value to a certain ethnic group is analyzed to be above a certain threshold. For example, if your similarity value to East Asian ethnicity does not reach that threshold, a specific ethnicity cannot be assigned to you. This could happen due to limitations in the composition of the reference database. Genoplan is committed to enhancing the accuracy of the results through continued updates of the reference database.
