My gender and the gender analyzed by genetic testing do not match. Why is that?

  • Updated

Please check if you entered your biological sex on the genetic testing consent form. Genetic testing reports biological sex. If you have received a bone marrow or liver transplant from someone else, or have had a recent blood transfusion, the results of the donor may have been reported instead of your own.
