If you have not received a return label along with the saliva collection kit, please contact help.sg@genoplan.com to request for a return label first, then follow the instructions below.
If you received a return label along with the saliva collection kit, please follow the instructions below to schedule a pickup service in order to send your saliva sample back to Genoplan laboratory.

- Select No on the question in regards to creating a shipping label, like the image below. Your return shipping label is included in the package initially delivered to you.
- Type in 10-digit Waybill Number in the red box marked in the image below. Your Waybill Number is located on your return package label, like the image below.

- Search Singapore on the box requesting for a country code.
- Enter your contact number in the box next to the country code.
- If you are unable to schedule a pickup service according to the instructions above, please contact Singapore DHL Customer Service to request for a pickup service.
