How do I return my saliva sample to the lab? (Scheduling DHL pickup)

The pickup service via DHL is currently only available in Singapore. 

 

If you have not received a return label along with the saliva collection kit, please contact help.sg@genoplan.com to request for a return label first, then follow the instructions below. 

 

If you received a return label along with the saliva collection kit, please follow the instructions below to schedule a pickup service in order to send your saliva sample back to Genoplan laboratory.

 

  1. Click the link below to access DHL Express Pickup Schedule

  1. Select No on the question in regards to creating a shipping label, like the image below. Your return shipping label is included in the package initially delivered to you.

  1. Type in 10-digit Waybill Number in the red box marked in the image below. Your Waybill Number is located on your return package label, like the image below.

  1. Search Singapore on the box requesting for a country code.

  1. Enter your contact number in the box next to the country code. 

  1. If you are unable to schedule a pickup service according to the instructions above, please contact Singapore DHL Customer Service to request for a pickup service.
    • Singapore DHL Customer Service Contact : 1800 285 8888 / +65 6285 8888 (for customers outside of Singapore)
  2. Please note that you need to be present to hand over the return invoice to the courier during pickup. Sample return invoice
